Workshops

At Holistic Wellness Therapies, we will offer evidence-based strategies that your employees can take with them. In return, these strategies help to minimize burnout and promote a positive workplace culture. Some examples of strategies include boundary setting, conflict resolution, resiliency in the workplace, compassion fatigue/burnout, and self-care. We tailor our workshops to your needs.
We also offer workshops for organizations, events, or private groups who are wanting to learn these valuable skills, spruce up an upcoming event, or promote self-growth.
