How do I book?

You can call or email us to book your initial session. Or you can visit our online booking page to book. You will be prompted to create a brief Jane Account, which will be your source to cancel/reschedule/book appointments. You can select the staff, and service through this

How do I pay?

You will be advised to enter credit card information into your personal Jane account upon booking. Payment will be completed at the end of the session, in which receipts will be emailed directly. Options for e-transfer, are also permitted, please note the receipt will take a few days to process through this method.

Do you accept Insurance?

We do. We can direct bill to most insurances with the exception of Manulife and Sunlife. You will have to submit yourself if these are your insurances.

Can I do In-person sessions & is virtual therapy effective?

Absolutely! We offer in-person appointments with our psychologist and select social workers. For virtual therapy, it is just as effective! In fact, research has shown that there is no difference regarding effectiveness. The benefit of virtual therapy is that you can access services from the comfort of your home!
